Collection: Penny's Chapter

In the heart of Ojai resides a woman of enigmatic elegance, whose name remains a mystery; let's call her Penny. Her antique-looking white home exudes a classic charm, with a long driveway leading to her seemingly tranquil oasis. Her prim and proper home is juxtaposed by an antique barn, her husband's “man cave”, so to speak. Next to this barn lies a vintage Honda CB650 custom motorcycle, its registration frozen in 1985. Whether this bike belongs to Penny or her husband remains a mystery, hinting at some edge beneath her perceived grace. Behind the doors of her closets lie handmade quilts & clothes, quirky yet classy pieces, and a collection of crocheted hats and scarves, all crafted to keep her & her loved ones warm. Amongst her treasures hangs a lavender vintage fur & leather coat, reminiscent of the iconic Penny Lane from Almost Famous, hence the name inspiration. I often wonder if she wore this coat on her motorcycle rides or while waving farewells to her husband in patterned tights and kitten heels. I hope you Penny’s story can now become part of yours <3
